Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking an experienced CNC Machine Operator to join their client's dynamic team in Oceanside, California. This role involves operating CNC machinery to produce high-quality parts and components according to specifications. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, efficient, and skilled in machine operations.

Responsibilities:

• Setting up and operating CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, grinding, milling, and turning.
• Understanding specifications of the task at hand and the desired result by reading blueprints, mechanical drawings, etc.
• Translating instructions into computer commands so the machines can perform the correct function.
• Preparing and loading raw materials and parts onto the machines.
• Inspecting and measuring finished products to ensure they meet requirements.
• Maintaining machinery and performing routine maintenance checks.
• Troubleshooting issues that arise during the manufacturing process.
• Ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
• Collaborating with team members to ensure efficient production processes.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a CNC Machine Operator or similar role.
• Experience with CNC machinery and tooling, as well as precision measurement tools.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical documents and drawings.
• Strong understanding of computer programming and CAD/CAM software.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree is a plus.

Work Hours:

Monday - Friday 7am - 3:30pm

Pay:

• Competitive pay ranging from $22 to $25 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
